Personalised Cartoon Video Gift FAQs

Our Mini Scenes usually last around 15-20 seconds while Classic Scenes are about 30 seconds long.

An MP4 video file will be sent to the email address you provide or via shared link for you to download.

From receipt of your order, it usually takes our artists approximately 3 working days to create your animated scene and fine-tune the details to make sure every frame meets our high standards. We will always aim to deliver sooner whenever possible but we guarantee to never exceed 3 working days.

You can but any revisions must be requested within 24 hours of the order being placed. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate any requested changes after that timeframe as one of our artists will likely have started work on your scene.

Absolutely! We love seeing our scenes out there in the world and we'd love it even more if you tag us in your post.

Our scenes make great gifts for team thank-yous, leaving gifts, team celebrations, and light-hearted announcements. We will always create the scene around the details you provide and do our best to match your tone so our scenes can work for everything from a favourite coworker leaving for a new job and leaving you behind to suffer alone to an enthusiastic celebration of a team victory.
